1. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are the copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of the owner) and believe that your work has been copied or posted on BackPOV.com in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may
submit a DMCA notice to our Designated Agent.

3. Counter Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To be valid under the DMCA, your counter-notice must include:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A description of the material that was removed and the location where it previously appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless we receive notice that the original complainant is seeking a court order to prevent further use of the content.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, BackPOV.com reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users or contributors who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
5. False Claims Warning
Submitting false DMCA notices or counter-notices may subject you to legal liability. Misuse of this process, including false claims, may result in legal consequences under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
